When it came time to make an offer, they provided seasoned advice throughout the negotiations. Even more than that, they’re both just decent people. We were quite happy with our experience with Brian and Nina. We felt very well taken care of by them and let me tell you, we made them earn their money! There were several hiccups in our process of selling and buying and Brian’s negotiation skills were put to the test. Nina’s skills were very  needed in staging my previous home to sell and it looked fantastic. She even cleaned my windows moments before the house went on the market!
